Home Rehabilitation

Home Repairs

Our Mission: Promoting neighborhood stabilization, community revitalization,
and economic development through projects and partnerships
that positively impact Chautauqua County, NY and it’s residents.

How we can help....

CHRIC offers financial aid to income-eligible homeowners for safer, healthier, and more affordable housing. Programs are tailored to specific communities or repair needs, each with unique eligibility criteria.

Currently, we’re collaborating with Sherman and Westfield to distribute Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for necessary home repairs. County-wide CDBG funds are available for water/septic system repairs, except for Jamestown and Dunkirk residents.

We also have Access to Heroes funding for Veterans in need of home repairs and accessibility modifications.
