Opportunity #1
CHRIC seeks private contractors,
especially NYS-certified M/WBE contractors,
to bid home repair and housing rehab projects
located at scattered sites throughout Chautauqua County, NY.
General home repair projects include typical repairs such as roofs, foundations,
door and window replacement, furnace and hot water tank replacement,
siding, foundation repairs, deck, porch and stair repairs, etc., as needed.
Well drillers and septic system installers are also needed.
Bid packages are available to eligible bidders throughout the year.
Opportunity #2
At this time, we have three (3) scopes of work available within the City of Dunkirk under our current Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
Keep an eye out, as these will be changing and updating regularly as new work becomes available.
